Health Seminar

Originally, I simply want someone to help me to improve muscle co-ordination, body mechanics and flexibility in playing golf. Derek later on found that my most frequent play sport is sailing (racing). He analysis the different movements and muscles that I use when I race, then tailored design different exercises that improve my performance. The exercises that he designed had considered what I have in my own gym, and some of them can be done at home. I practice in between PT sessions and review my performance every time when I meet Derek. Each PT session is interesting as new things are learnt each time, rarely repeat. Other than trainings that focus on my own sports, Derek also review my posture and overall muscle distributions, provides training to achieve a healthy and balanced body. Thank you, Derek!
